On the ground floor of the 2-storey holiday home you will find living room, kitchen, dining room, utility room, Andalusian veranda and bathroom. While on the 1st floor we have the private area with a 2nd bathroom and the 3 bedrooms - one of which has sea views. A highlight is the former covered balcony, which has been converted into a cosy living and reading room with two window fronts overlooking the Atlantic.
The house has a small, Mediterranean garden, where an Andalusian veranda and a brick barbecue invite you to take a break from the hustle and bustle of beach life. There is also an enclosed hot water shower in the garden, where you can shower off the sand and salt from your day at the beach without having to go through the house.
The private garage on the property is another guarantee for a relaxing holiday, as it eliminates the usually unsuccessful search for a parking space during the summer months

The house is within sight of the 4 km long Playa la Barrosa, which with its fine white sand is one of the most beautiful and cleanest beaches in Spain ("Blue Flag" for best water quality, "Q" for quality in tourism). Long, barrier-free wooden walkways provide easy access to the beach and sea. There is plenty to eat and drink in the beach bars. The beach is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts and golfers and is conveniently located for visiting Andalucía's cultural highlights.
