The home comprises two separate apartments, each around 65 square meters, rented together as a single unit. Each apartment features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area.
The villa’s private garden provides an array of amenities, including a seasonal pool, a sunny terrace around the private pool (7 m x 4 m x 1.40 m) with sun loungers and parasols, and an outdoor fireplace with a dining table and chairs for all guests to enjoy.
Pets are welcome with prior notice, subject to an additional fee of 15 eur per day.

- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation unit
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water

Im Falle der Stornierung einer auf Verlangen des Gastes bestätigten Reservierung von Privatunterkunft wird das Datum, an welchem die Agentur einen schriftlichen Bericht über die Stornierung erhält, als der Ausgangspunkt für die Berechnung der Stornierungskosten betrachtet, und dies folgendermaßen:
1. Bei Stornierungen bis zu 45 Tagen vor Anreise werden 100% der Anzahlung an den Gast zurückerstattet.
2. Bei Stornierungen von 44 bis 30 Tagen vor Anreise werden 50% der Anzahlung an den Gast zurückerstattet.
3. Bei Stornierungen von 29 bis 0 Tagen vor Anreise wird dem Gast keine Anzahlung zurückerstattet.
*** Bei vorzeitiger Abreise wird die geleistete Zahlung nicht zurückerstattet.
Falls der Gast bis 20.00 Uhr am ersten Reservierungstag in der reservierten Unterkunftseinheit nicht ankommt, ohne dass er sich im Voraus in der Agentur oder beim Dienstleistungsanbieter (bzw. beim Eigentümer) gemeldet hat, wird die Reservierung als storniert betrachtet und die Stornierungskosten werden wie oben genannt verrechnet.

Kaution für Schäden: 300 EUR werden in bar erhoben und bei der Abreise abzüglich eventueller Schäden
