This modern and very well-equipped house Wiesengasse 19 by T&T Ferienresidenzen GmbH is located amidst the impressive mountain world of the Zillertal. It offers a comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people (maximum of 8 adults) with three bedrooms (including 1 bedroom with an additional comfortable sofa bed and a sofa bed in the living room), 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 guest toilet, 1 spacious living room with a modern, fully equipped kitchen (kitchen island) and dining area, as well as a sun terrace and in the attic a wellness area (sauna) with approx. 30 sqm rooftop terrace. From here, you have a fantastic view of the Zillertal and the mountainous landscape.
The holiday home is cooled by geothermal energy in summer and heated in winter. Additionally, there is an extra air conditioning unit in the wellness area on the 2nd floor for hot summer days.
The accommodation is very close to the ski area Fügen-Spieljoch (450 m from the Spieljochbahn ski lift) and is located 2.5 km from the 18-hole golf course in the Zillertal and 1.3 km from the year-round open Erlebnistherme Zillertal.
