Cancellation term
Notice pursuant to Part III, Title III, Section I of the Consumer Protection Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005):
- You can pay for your stay with an EC card, credit card (except American Express and Diner’s), or in cash.
- There is no right of withdrawal as defined in the Consumer Protection Code, however, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:
General Contract Conditions according to Art. 1341 of the Civil Code, which apply to accommodation contracts between the accommodation establishment
ALIA Vital Appart-Hotel (Alinvest GmbH) and guests or customers.
1. Reservation
Your reservation is valid exclusively with our written confirmation and with the payment of a deposit for confirmation!
In case of cancellation or no-show, the accommodation establishment will retain the deposit as cancellation fees!
2. Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 of the Civil Code
• If you need to cancel, please inform us in good time!
• For cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date, no further cancellation costs will be incurred.
• Cancellations after this period will be reviewed individually. We reserve the right to charge up to 100% of the booked accommodation price, as follows:
Cancellation from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date: 50% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals)
Cancellation from 14 to 5 days before the arrival date: 70% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals)
Cancellation less than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals)
• The cancellation must be made by unilateral written declaration and must be in the hands of the accommodation provider within the aforementioned periods before the agreed arrival date of the guest(s).
• In case of non-acceptance of the booked apartments for the agreed period without cancellation, the guest or the customer is also obliged to pay 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals).
• If not all booked beds are occupied or cancelled, the percentage applies only to the agreed price for the unoccupied or cancelled beds.
3. Regulation in case of early departure/late arrival of the guest
In the event of early departure or late arrival of the guest(s), he/she/they or the customer is/are obliged to pay 100% of the agreed accommodation price (excluding meals) for the agreed reserved days!
