The house is spread across two floors with bright and welcoming rooms. The air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for unwinding on the sofa, watching satellite TV, or enjoying a family meal. The well-equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, along with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

There are three comfortable bedrooms: one with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. A cot and high chair are available for babies upon request. The house has two shower bathrooms, including one outdoors. One bedroom features a safe box, and there are two fans for added comfort.

Located in the tranquil village of Mancor de la Vall in the Tramuntana Mountains, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling, with nearby attractions like Ses Fonts Ufanes and Campanet Coves.
