The 22m² living, kitchen, and dining area includes a fireplace and SAT-TV for relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped with a gas stove, toaster, and basic utensils for preparing breakfasts. The twin bedroom, with its charming wooden beams, offers a closet, and there’s a shower bathroom. A cot and high chair are available for babies.

Located in the North-East of the island, the estate is 15 km from Son Serra de Marina Beach. A car is necessary to explore the nearby beaches of Colonia de Sant Pere, Playa de Muro, and Can Picafort.
