Start your day with breakfast on the porch, overlooking the private saltwater pool (8 x 3.2 meters, depth 1.1-1.6 meters). The pool area features sun loungers, a garden shower, and an exterior bathroom with a shower, perfect for relaxation and barbecues. The house is located in the village, with neighbors nearby.

The 120 m² house is all on one level, with stone walls and wooden beams. The living area includes a sofa, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen has a vitro hob and opens to the dining area and a cozy secondary living space with another sofa, air conditioning, and a wood stove. A laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board is also available. For families, a cot and high chair can be provided. The house features three air-conditioned bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, plus a bathroom with a shower.

Located in Ariany, a peaceful rural village in central eastern Mallorca, the area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and scenic walks. The Puig de Bonany offers panoramic views of the Tramuntana Mountains and Bay of Alcúdia. Beautiful beaches like Son Serra de Marina and Cala Millor are just 20 km away.

Tourist license: ETV/6305. The mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash on arrival.
