This lovely villa offers the perfect spot to enjoy the Mediterranean sun with a private 9x5m chlorine pool, ranging in depth from 1.10m to 1.90m. Relax on one of the sun loungers or dine al fresco on the ground floor porch. There’s also a small balcony on the first floor for scenic views and drinks. Please note, there are neighbors around, so privacy is partial.

The villa is split across two floors with separate entrances, making it ideal for family or friends to enjoy together while maintaining some privacy. Both levels have an AC-equipped living room with Smart TV and an open-plan induction kitchen. The ground floor offers three bedrooms: two with single beds and en-suite bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and en-suite shower. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms, two with single beds (equipped with radiator and ceiling fan) and a third with a double bed and en-suite shower. A bathroom completes each floor. A cot and highchair are available for babies.

The villa also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The water heater is powered by solar panels.
