Description

Welcome to this beautiful, peaceful house, surrounded by a lush garden filled with flowers and plants. Relax on the large terrace with a glass of wine, enjoy a barbecue at the charming stone table, or sunbathe on one of the hammocks. An outdoor shower is available for a refreshing cool-off. The inviting porch, accessible from the living room, offers a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the natural surroundings. The property is completely fenced and offers total privacy.

The house is all on one level and features a cozy dining area, ideal for watching satellite TV (Spanish and German channels) or listening to music. The Mediterranean-style fireplace is decorative only. The gas kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The property offers three bedrooms with wardrobes: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Each bedroom has a fan, and there are radiators in the bathrooms. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Located near Portopetro, close to Mondragó Natural Park, explore nearby crystal-clear beaches, visit the charming Colonia de Sant Jordi, or enjoy a boat trip to Cabrera Island.
