Inside, the airy and stylish living room offers sea views and a TV-sat, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The open-plan dining kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and oven, allows you to prepare meals while staying connected to the rest of the space. The entire area is air-conditioned. The laundry room includes a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning and closets: one with a single bed and two with double beds. One of the double rooms has an en-suite shower, and there is another bathroom with a bathtub. A baby cot and highchair are also available.

Located in front of Sa Marina beach in Alcúdia, the house is just steps away from the water but does sit along a road with passing traffic. This location provides easy access to nearby attractions, including the town of Alcúdia and the Alcanada Golf course, one of the island’s best.

Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. The Ecotasa tourist tax applies and must be paid in cash on arrival. The rate varies by season.
