The separate kitchen has a ceramic hob, and there is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find another living room and four more bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom (shower or bathtub). Two bedrooms have double beds, and two have two single beds each. All bedrooms have AC and oil central heating. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

Located between Campos and Santanyí, the property is surrounded by peaceful fields and close to beautiful beaches like Es Trenc, Cala Santanyí, and Cala Llombards. The Mondragó Natural Park is also nearby. Santanyí offers essential services, and Palma de Mallorca is about 44 km away. Pets and events are not allowed. There is exterior parking for 5 cars.
