Inside, the house blends rural charm with modern amenities. The living and dining area features wooden beams, natural stone walls, air conditioning, TV, and a cozy fireplace. The kitchen, styled with Mallorcan influences, is equipped with a gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

On the ground floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, and wardrobes. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with bathtubs, one with garden access. There’s also an additional bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, the fourth bedroom has a double bed and A/C, but no door for privacy.

Located near Es Trenc beach, Mallorca’s famous protected beach, and the village of Campos for all your necessities. Colonia Sant Jordi offers bike rentals, coastal walks, and boat trips to Cabrera Natural Park.
