The well-kept stone house is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Pordic. You will find the most beautiful beaches nearby in "Les Rosaires" or in the neighbouring seaside resort Binic with many leisure and water sports possibilities.
Ground floor: living-dining room with wifi, TV, fireplace and French window to the garden. Kitchen kitchen opening onto the garden with dining table, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer.

1st floor: Mezzanine floor. 2 Bedrooms : one with french bed 90 x 190, 1 with two singel beds and adjoining guest toilet.

Pordic is a quiet town in the south of the Côte du Goëlo with beautiful vantage points along the coast. In the small seaside resort of "Les Rosaires", a long, fine sandy beach alternates with the rocky coast. Between the old bishop's town of Saint-Brieuc and the lively seaside resorts of Binic and Saint-Quay-Portrieux, the charming stretch of coastline along the old customs trail is worth a hike.
The house can be rented weekly. Arrival and departure usually on saturdays.
The house must be rented at least 2 weeks during main season. During off-season the minimum rental period is more flexible and can be choosed upon agreement with the landlord.

30% of the total price in case of cancellation until the 60th day before the start of the rental
50% of the total price in case of cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental
