Cancellation term
1. Cancellation by the guest
1.1. If the guest explicitly cancels the rental agreement no later than 29 days before the start of the rental agreement, the cancellation is free of charge and payments already made will be fully refunded within seven days.
1.2. In the event of an express cancellation by the guest made 28 days or less before the start of the rental agreement, the cancellation costs are 100% of the rental price. Additional services booked will be fully refunded within seven days. Taking out travel cancellation insurance is recommended.
2. Cancellation by the owner
The owner is entitled to terminate the rental agreement for good cause. An important reason exists in particular if the guest violates the applicable rental conditions, does not make the agreed payments on time or seriously damages the holiday apartment, whether intentionally or negligently. In these cases, the guest is obliged to vacate the holiday apartment immediately. In these cases, rents that have already been paid will not be reimbursed.
2.1 If the holiday apartment is demonstrably destroyed by fire, water, storm or similar natural event or damaged to such an extent that it is no longer habitable, the owner is entitled to withdraw from the rental agreement and terminate it without notice.
