TGV station at 10 min, city center nearby 5 min, city buses are available at proximity from the house but you can also reach the city center, its Palais des Papes or the famous Pont d'Avignon! The house is the perfect starting point for attending the Avignon Festival, in all seasons, you can easily discover the region which is full of treasures. The Pont du Gard, the Alpilles (Saint-Rémy de Provence, les Baux de Provence, Maussane...) are within walking distance. only 30 minutes, the hilltop villages of the Luberon (Gordes, Ménerbes, Roussillon...) are just a stone's throw away. 45-50 minutes. Unless you prefer relaxing by the pool!
