Description
Résidence Les Corsaires is a small residence located 50m from the Port of St Jacques on the Rhuys Peninsula, on the ocean side.
It is located only 200m from the beach and shops, 4km from the town center of Sarzeau, 13km from the Port du Crouesty and 25km from Vannes.
You will find on site many services necessary for the smooth running of your stay: bed linen and bathroom linen rental, bed or baby chair rental, or even the final cleaning option.
House of 80 m² 500 m from the beach:
The ground floor:

The first floor, accessible by a steep staircase and equipped with a security barrier:

Equipment: Combined (ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher), washing machine, microwave, electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, refrigerator with freezer section, 2 televisions.
The exterior:
- A garden equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs and a barbecue
- Parking within the property closed by a gate (a 2nd house located on the same plot)
- A garage adjoining the house is at your disposal for storing bicycles.
