The cottage includes: a living room (large flat screen TV) opening onto a terrace and a private garden, an open kitchen (a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, 3 hotplates and a dishwasher), a separate toilet; upstairs: a landing room serving a first bedroom with a balcony (with a 140x190 bed and cupboards/wardrobe), the second bedroom (with 2 90x190 pull-out beds) and a bathroom (shower) .
An outdoor parking space.
Pets are not accepted in this rental.
This rental is also available for short stays (excluding school holidays).
Additional services (optional) to be paid on the day of arrival: cleaning 60E, sheet kit (90x190: 20E/ 140x190: 22E/ 160x200: 25E, (notify us a few days before arrival), baby bed (25E/ week), mini wi-fi box (7E/day).

THE RESIDENCE: Complex of small colorful cottages, in a very quiet area next to the Port Guillaume marina with swimming pool access (open and heated from June 15 to September 15)
