The 3-room semi-detached house Captain Clausen is located in a former fishing settlement, a short walk along the Förde hiking trail to the beautiful sandy beach. On two floors with a total of 110 m² of living space, you have optimal conditions for a maximum of 4 people.
On the ground floor is the spacious, fully equipped kitchen-diner with a large dining table, additional seating and direct access to the secluded terrace and the large garden. In the adjoining living room with sofa bed, you have enough space for cozy hours in front of the TV. From the living room you can also access the terrace and the garden. A charcoal grill is available for shared barbecue evenings. You can enjoy the warmth of underfloor heating throughout the ground floor.
There are two separate bedrooms on the first floor. One bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and another bedroom with a sofa bed (160x200 cm) and a built-in wardrobe. You have the choice, on both floors there is a modern shower room with natural light. A workstation with internet access is provided in the dormer window of the spacious hallway on the upper floor.
Heikendorf is located on the Förde hiking trail, which takes you to Laboe in about 3 km on foot or by bike. Heikendorf beach with its popular promenade offers various options for a leisurely breakfast, coffee, sundowner or dinner with a view of the fjord and the busy boat traffic.
There is a private parking space right next to the house. You can park your bikes in the garden house.
