The Baltic Sea view from this 2-room holiday apartment, just a few steps from the beach, is hard to beat. Up to 4 people can enjoy the proximity to the beach here.
The living room and the bedroom face the sea. The apartment is equipped with a modern sofa bed. With just one move you can transform the couch into a comfortable bed. The kitchen, which is separated from the living room, offers all the appliances a holidaymaker's heart desires. The main bathroom with shower + toilet is also on this level of the apartment. Very modern multi-media equipment with 2 flat screens, Blu-Ray DVD player, and iPhone / iPad docking station ensures that you feel completely at home. A free and powerful WiFi connection with a whopping 17,000 Mbit / s is of course also in the apartment. Both televisions are connected to the Internet. You can choose from thousands of films and series using the free Netflix access on both televisions. If you missed the news or the crime scene, that's no problem. The TV channels' media libraries are also easy to use. Let your electronic assistant "Alexa" announce the weather report for Laboe, report on the latest political news or play your favorite radio station.
The separate bedroom on the upper level is equipped with a modern double bed (2x 90x190 cm) and a second flat screen TV. The second bathroom with a toilet is on this level. Each level has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Kiel Fjord. A relatively steep staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment. Therefore, the upper bedroom is only partially suitable for small children and guests with walking difficulties. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-plate ceramic hob and a modern microwave with grill and oven function.
During the beach chair season from around May to September, a free beach chair is available to you.
An outdoor parking space at the house is reserved for you. Guests of this beautiful apartment have the option of booking the wall box in front of our service office (approx. 80 m away) to charge their electric vehicle. The price is 35€/load including VAT.
Would you like to take your dog with you on holiday? Two dogs are welcome to travel with you for an additional charge. Please understand that this holiday apartment is a non-smoking residence.
