On the sunny island of Fehmarn in Burgtiefe, this detached 3-room holiday bungalow near the beach with a living space of approx. 70 m² awaits up to 4 people. With sauna, large fenced garden and sea view.
The modern equipment in all rooms as well as a completely tiled, ground-level floor with underfloor heating will immediately inspire you. The cozy living/dining area is equipped with a TV, Blu-ray player and a hi-fi system. The large leather couch invites you to relax, a fireplace provides cozy warmth and comfort. The large window front on 2 sides with a view of the terrace provides plenty of light and brightness.
The partially covered terrace faces the sea / south. Comfortable sun furniture and a wonderful beach chair are available to you in the garden. The open kitchen is well equipped and has, for example, an oven, dishwasher and a microwave. There are two bedrooms: one of them has a double bed and TV, the second bedroom has two single beds and also a TV. All rooms have external shutters. The modern shower room has daylight from the skylight. From the garden you can go directly to the south beach promenade and the beach, the distance to the sea is only around 50 meters.
Two parking spaces are reserved for you directly in front of the house. Your bicycles and sports equipment can be parked on the property in a lockable outbuilding. WiFi is included.
