The apartment, designed for 2 people, on the 1st floor of a small apartment building was renovated and remodeled with a lot of passion in 2019 and 2020. Charm and comfort, paired with modern furnishings and views of the fjord and a large garden and the spa park behind it.
The owners planned the renovation with great attention to detail. The bathroom has a large floor-level shower and, as a highlight, a chat door that leads to the balcony with a view of the garden. The large kitchen-living room area covers the entire depth of the house and also offers a view of the garden on one side and a view of the sea across the beach road on the other. Guests can expect a brand new kitchen with lots of accessories, a small dining table, a large couch and a smart TV with lots of programs and access to various media libraries. High-speed WiFi is of course also available to guests. The small bedroom is equipped with an additional TV and a new bed with new mattresses and wardrobe.
You will find your own parking space right by the house, although you hardly need to move your car once you are there. The small center of Laboe is within easy walking distance, as are various restaurants, a bus stop and of course the beach or the spa park.
In addition, in the season from April to October (there may be some disruptions due to the weather) you will have a free beach chair at your disposal (there are no beach chairs on the "normal" beach, on the dog beach in Laboe).

Laboe, affectionately known as the "sunny side of the Kiel Fjord", offers its visitors a unique maritime experience. The town's landmark, the imposing naval memorial, is not only a memorial, but also a viewing point with a breathtaking view over the Kiel Fjord. There are other highlights right on the beach, such as the historic submarine U-995, which visitors can visit. The fine sandy beach and the nearby harbor offer perfect conditions for relaxing days by the sea and exciting trips on the water. Laboe combines nature, culture and relaxation in an ideal way.
