Located in Bourg Saint Maurice, the residence is a peaceful retreat just a 10-minute walk from the town center and 5 minutes from the funicular that takes you to the slopes of Arc 1600. The area is perfect for both ski vacations in the winter and summer holidays. The residence also boasts a beautiful tree-lined setting with a swimming pool (open from June 15 to September 15), offering views of the mountains.
