Studio located on the 5th floor with a balcony. Surface area of 30 m2. View of the slopes and the Valentin platform. In the living room, you will find a flat screen TV, a 140cm folding bed, a BZ convertible sofa and a dining area. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an electric coffee maker, 3 induction hobs and everything you need for cooking. At the entrance, there is an alcove with a bunk bed for 2 people. You will also have a renovated bathroom with a shower, a sink, a mirror and a towel dryer. The toilets are separate.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and businesses is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
