This spacious accommodation with an area of 40m² offers you a living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the mountains.
The living room includes a sofa bed (2021) for two people as well as a television.
The kitchenette is equipped with hob, microwave, mini oven, large fridge/freezer, Senseo electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher.
You will find a closed alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a storage cupboard and a wardrobe.
The bathroom and WC are separate.
Ski locker.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and businesses is possible thanks to a traffic lane. Access by stairs, distance from slopes 50 meters.
Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over.
Services + optional and at preferential rates: rental of sheets, towels, end of stay cleaning.
