The terrace with sea view is equipped with a table for 4 people and parasol. The living room consists of a living room area with sofas, TV (French and German channels), WIFI access, table, and a fully equipped kitchen area (classic coffee maker, 4 vitro-ceramic hotplates, toaster , kettle, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine with dryer function). From the kitchen a second terrace is accessible, with drying rack for laundry.
Upstairs is a first bedroom with two single beds and cupboards, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a second bedroom with sea view and access to a balcony (small table and two chairs), with a double bed ( 140x190), 2 small duvets) and cupboard.

Located 900m from the beach and 650m from the nearest shops, the Résidence Mer Indigo - Côté Mer is made up of adjoining pavilions and apartments. A pedestrian path takes you to the beach and the center of the resort. The swimming pool is normally open from June 1 to September 30 but the dates may vary depending on the decision taken at the General Meeting of co-owners.
With its 8 kilometers of fine sand beach, Saint Pierre La Mer is a very popular seaside resort. Dependent on the commune of Fleury d'Aude, this small village hosts a delightful typical southern market every day of the year, by the sea. Not far from there, in the Clape massif, a protected natural heritage: l The exceptional chasm of the gentle eye offers a spectacle not to be missed with a very beautiful view of the sea and the ponds in the distance.
