The landlord can cancel the booked service without giving reasons up to 30 days before arrival. Payments already made will then be refunded to the guest in full. A later cancellation of the contract is also permitted in the event of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances that make the booked stay impossible. In this case, liability is limited to reimbursement of the rental price. In the event of justified cancellation, the guest shall not be entitled to compensation.
