Welcome to the Comangau real estate agency! We are pleased to present Casa Minipa, a charming holiday home located in the quiet area of 'residencial Begur' on the Costa Brava. This rustic and welcoming house is perfect for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people.

To access the house there are two staircases with a total of 20 steps. Once you arrive at the top, you will be greeted by a large entrance hall which leads to a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator. The living-dining room has a cozy fireplace and fan for warmer days, as well as an exit to the terrace with outdoor furniture. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a large bed, both equipped with fans to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. There is also a bathroom with shower, WC and a laundry area with sink, WC and washing machine.

Outside, the house has a natural garden and off-street parking for your vehicles. Rental of the house includes linens, towels and cleaning.

Casa Minipa is a charming property offering a unique opportunity to live in a detached house in Baix Empordà. This vacation home is perfect for couples or small families looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy nature.
