On the ground floor you will find a spacious living-dining room with a romantic fireplace, ideal for relaxing evenings. Enjoy your favorite movie on the flat-screen smart TV or step out onto the patio to admire the panoramic views. Stay in touch with your loved ones with Wi-Fi available throughout the property.
The fully equipped kitchen is a foodie's dream. With modern appliances and all necessary utensils, such as ceramic hob, grill, fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, wine cooler and coffee machine Nespresso, you will be able to prepare delicious home meals with ease.
The house has three comfortable bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and air conditioning to ensure a pleasant stay at all times.
On the ground floor you will find a spacious suite with a 180cm x 200cm bed. This room is equipped with a smartTV with Amazon Alexa Play, perfect for enjoying your favorite entertainment. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine so you can make yourself a delicious coffee early in the morning. The suite's private bathroom is complete with a bathtub, double sink, separate toilet and an intimate balcony. You can also enjoy the comfort of air conditioning, which allows you to cool down and rest even on the hottest days. Take advantage of this to spend peaceful and restful nights.
The other two bedrooms are located on the upper and lower floors. The upper floor bedroom is also a suite with a private bathroom including a double sink, a bathtub and a separate toilet. Additionally, this room is equipped with a smart TV with Google Home Play, allowing you to access your favorite online entertainment.
The bedroom on the lower floor is an air-conditioned bedroom with two 90cm x 200cm beds. It also has a private bathroom. In addition, this room gives access to a large terrace, where you can relax and enjoy all the comforts after a day full of adventures.
Outside you will find a well-kept garden and a large terrace with comfortable furniture, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining and quiet time. Boasting a unique location, your sun terrace offers stunning views of the mountains, creating a relaxing environment ideal for sunbathing or reading a book. The property also includes parking space for your vehicles and Wi-Fi to keep you connected at all times. A special feature is the constant presence of stray cats who sometimes wander through the garden, adding an extra dose of warmth and vitality to its surroundings. Their presence not only enlivens the space, but also serves as a reminder of the connection with nature and its urban inhabitants.
If you like pets, you don't have to worry, as they are welcome for a small fee of €30 per pet.
The holiday home also benefits from a strategic location. Just 300 meters away is the municipal swimming pool with paddle courts. The village center, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are 1.5 km away, allowing you to discover the rich local culture and enjoy the local gastronomy. At 4 km you will find the nearest sandy cove, where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful beaches of the Costa Brava.
