Upstairs: Air-conditioned suite with Split system, jacuzzi, 1.60 bed and separate WC, + bedroom with bunk beds (2 beds x 90) + bedroom with bed x 1.40 + a bathroom with shower. 15m2 terrace with access to the solarium from where there is a fantastic view, terraces equipped with 3 deck chairs. Wifi and parking inside the plot (1 vehicle) House located in the residential area of l'Ámfora, just 400 m from the beach, 1 km from the Fluvià river and 8 km from the Aiguamolls de l'Natural Park Empordà, an ideal place to go for walks, by bike, to enjoy nature and the surroundings of Sant Père Pescador. Pets are accepted. Groups under 25 years old are not accepted.
