SUMMARY
Recently completely renovated, this bright and modern apartment is located in a century-old building in the old part of the Triana district. Its four balconies overlooking the street give it incredible brightness and the complete renovation carried out gives it a modern air. Equipped with air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV, microwave, cot, bathtub and baby high chair, to make your stay in Seville comfortable. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is in the double bedroom
SPACE
The apartment is located on the first floor of a century-old building located in the Triana neighborhood, the most unique neighborhood in Seville. The building only has 3 houses and does not have an elevator.
It is located in a very quiet area but very close to the monumental area of Seville (just 10 minutes walk from the Torre del Oro). It is a very quiet area because there are no noisy businesses in the area.
Parking is located in a nearby street 4-5 minutes walk from the apartment. This is a private parking lot in the basement of a building. Access and circulation inside are comfortable. The place is wide (We parked a small van)
The apartment is very comfortable in every way. It has two full bathrooms, making it ideal for couples traveling together or families. The living room and the kitchen are integrated into the same space. All utensils and furniture are new (November 2019). The TV is a smart TV with Netflix pre-installed. If you are Netflix users, you can use your code to enjoy your series and films.
The kitchen is equipped with what is needed for cooking. There are enough utensils for 4 people. We have wine glasses and a dishwasher to clean the post. We will leave you some tablets for the dishwasher. We also have a washer/dryer although you must bring your own detergent.
At the entrance there is a small closet where you can leave shoes and coats. The floor in the apartment is parquet, so it is warm and you can be barefoot.
The rooms are distributed around the corridor of the house. The master bedroom is located down the hall and has a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed (1.50 m x 2.00 m). The second bedroom has 2 comfortable single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and the beds were recently acquired (October 2019). The second bathroom, also equipped with a shower, is accessible from the hallway. The hot water production system is city gas, so it is unlimited and you will not run out of hot water.
The apartment has a hot/cold air conditioning unit for independent units for each bedroom and living room, so you can adjust the temperature differently in each room.

This is a residential building where people who have the right to live in harmony with the guests who visit us permanently live. We strongly invite you to respect rest hours and treat the common elements of the building with respect and care.
GUEST CARE
We will try to make your stay in our apartment fantastic. That's why we're going to ask you two favors.
1.- If you have a problem with the operation of any equipment in the apartment or in the building, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We want to be worthy of a good evaluation.
2.- If you have a problem in the city, a doubt about how to get something, you need advice about Seville, etc., we ask you to let us know, we will be happy to help you.
Our check-in team will be available throughout your stay at (hidden). Our reception team will be waiting for you at the apartment to explain how it works, show you the parking space and give you some advice on monuments, restaurants, flamenco shows... They will try to answer all questions of our customers.
In any case, we have prepared for you a complete documentation where you can find recommendations and information of all kinds about means of transport, places to eat, have a few beers, delicious sweets and / or enjoy a flamenco show. We have also included supermarkets, pharmacies, medical centers, telephone numbers of interest and of course maps and recommended tours, taking into account in particular the tastes of the little ones in the house, with a specific guide for them. We like to do this because in Seville we love our city and we want to show our best treasure. I always say that we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

For us it is very important that everything is organized when you arrive, but there are always unforeseen events. Please provide us with the telephone number you bring to Seville, as well as your email to contact you if necessary. It is very easy to communicate with us via WhatsApp or through the Airbnb app
Keys will be delivered from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. If you require key collection before or after this time, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. For arrivals after 22:00 a surcharge of €20 will be charged for late check-in

Likewise, the contract specifies the rights and obligations of the owner and the guests in accordance with the tourist regulations of Andalusia. Once your accommodation is completed, if there is no entry scheduled on the same date, you will have time to leave the apartment and thus enjoy your last day in our city with more comfort.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Our apartment is very close to the Guadalquivir River, in the historic district of Seville and in the Triana district, one of the most famous in the world, birthplace of great pink flamingos, bullfighters and potters.
It is very well located to enjoy the Holy Week processions, the famous April fair and a bullfight.
Very close to the apartment there is a supermarket of the Mercadona chain, open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. except Sunday. Very close to the apartment there is a square where you can find 3 bars, all with good tapas and good fried fish.
ADDRESSES
It is a quiet street but at the same time very close to all the places of interest and surrounded by all the services you may need, without having to resort to a different means of transport depending on your own legs, if you wish . In any case, you are close to bus, taxi and metro stops.
To visit the city center, we recommend walking to the Torre del Oro. All the city's monuments are in this area.
The best way to get to the apartment from the airport is by bus. The stop called 'Torre del Oro' is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you wish, I can send you a map with the route from the bus stop to the house. There is only one bus from the airport called EA, the stop of which is at the exit of the arrivals area. The frequency is 23 minutes and operates from 4:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. The price is €4.00 per person per way and the journey time is approximately 30 minutes to the stop called 'Torre del Oro'. The taxi is more comfortable, but it is a little more expensive (around €24-€30)
From Santa Justa station there is no good connection with buses to the apartment. There are two options for taking a taxi. (whatever the meter + €1.40 supplement). The second option is: If you arrive in Seville by AVE, you should know that you have a commuter train ticket included in each ticket. Take the line that takes you to San Bernardo (one stop). When you leave San Bernardo station, go to the metro and take the line direction city expo and get off at the 'Plaza de Cuba' stop and from there 3 minutes walk to the apartment.
