1 hour from Clermont-Ferrand and close to the A75 on the Allier gorges, is the village of Langeac... Not far from the village, it is on a small hill and on the edge of the woods that is located this cute renovated vineyard house. You will live in this place, a break in the heart of nature in a real little warm and carefully decorated cocoon.
This atypical place is worth it! To get there, as the path is not passable in wet weather, you may have to cover the last 150 meters on foot. Once you arrive, you will be seduced by the breathtaking view of the valley, the countryside and the surrounding forests!
Activities on site: Relaxing and observing nature, walks or hikes departing from the gîte (proximity to the path of Santiago de Compostela among others)
Nearby: The village of Langeac (all shops), white water activities on the Allier, fishing, tourist train...
A little further: the village of Saugues populated with legends, Brioude and its basilica classified as a historic monument, the town of Puy en Velay and its numerous monuments classified as UNESCO World Heritage... On approximately 3 Ha of land this ancient vineyard house whose ground floor is converted into a living room with kitchenette area. Upstairs, a bedroom equipped with two beds (including one on the mezzanine, ceiling height 1m) and a shower cubicle with direct access to the outside. Dry toilets about twenty meters from the house.
This accommodation is equipped with a system of solar panels powering a battery making it autonomous with regard to its electricity consumption, you will therefore have to be particularly careful not to forget lights or not to leave electrical appliances on for too long.

Please note: access to the first floor and the mezzanine is via a very steep staircase. This accommodation is therefore not suitable for young children or people who have difficulty moving.
