Entrance, living room including kitchen, living room and dining room, laundry room, bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, shower room, toilet. Kitchen linen, bathroom linen and sheets provided, beds made on arrival. Internet via WIFI. Dishwasher for 6 place settings. Private terrace 30 m², in an enclosed area with shared garden.
To share with two other gîtes: indoor heated swimming pool (open from April 1 to October 30), with balneotherapy and counter-current swimming, pool house with changing room, WC, sauna and gym. 2 Matrix bikes, 1 child's bike, 1 Matrix treadmill and 1 Matrix elyptical).
Baby equipment: baby bed, high chair, bath, potty, changing mat.
Tourism and Disability (motor, mental, visual, hearing), and garden 2000 m². Single-storey gîte, accessible to all, housed in a completely renovated Charentaise house, with its wooded garden. Gîte adjoining two other gîtes, with independent access and terrace.
