Your host:
We have owned this small fishermen's house in Fécamp since 2002. We renovated it in order to spend our holidays there. We wanted it to be very colorful, you will appreciate its cheerfulness. Now transformed into a gîte since 2012, we have since been keen to improve our welcome and the comfort of the house by listening to the advice of holidaymakers who spend time with us.
Equivalent classification 1 ear.
Ground floor:
- kitchen area (oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher),
- dining area.
1st floor:
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140 cm, 1 baby bed), HD TV,
- bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine.
2nd floor:
- 1 double bed 160cm or 2 single beds and 80cm with relaxation area (clic-clac), HD TV and DVD player.
Complete baby equipment
In summer, you will find at the back of the courtyard a small, very cool lounge, available from May to September.
Sheets and household linen are not provided (rental possible at an additional cost). Gas heating must be paid on site according to your consumption. Very colorful fisherman's house, ideally located between the beach and the city center: you will appreciate its cheerfulness!
The cottage is ideally located, 100m from the port and 300m from the beach: you can access all the shops, restaurants and beach without needing a car.
This house on 2 floors has a small private courtyard of 20m² (garden furniture, barbecue, no lawn). Free parking along the street and parking 200m away.

Rental charges not included in your rental:: - gas heating: charged beyond 5m3 per day (1.4€/m3)

- tourist tax.

This accommodation is distributed by a professional. Unless otherwise stated, services, such as cleaning, sheets, towels, etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets allowed (indicated in advertisement), a supplement may apply.
Only equipment specifically mentioned in this announcement is present. Equipment not indicated is not considered present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
