Laurent and Maryse Le Bouetté, originally from the Pays de Caux, decided to return to their roots after a few years in Germany. They are invested in Fécamp Grand’Escale 2024.
For Laurent, an architect with a passion for navigation, the purchase and renovation of the building was obvious.
Their travels inspired them to decorate the places and made them want to promote the regions and French heritage. Exchanges during receptions are always a great time and foreigners appreciate being welcomed in English and German.
The bottom of the duplex of this apartment located on the second floor, with a view of the marina and the Benedictine Palace is at your disposal.
Entrance, dining room, small separate living room with sofa and TNT television, kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, large capacity fridge-freezer, dishwasher), bathroom, separate toilet, storage room with dryer, 1 bedroom ( 1 double bed 160x200cm). TNT TV only, radio, CD.
Private 1-car garage 450m away. Sheets and household linen provided, heating and electricity included. Mandatory cleaning fee. Tourist tax extra. The apartment is located in a 19th century building with a completely renovated facade. It combines views of the sea, the port, the Palais Bénédictine and is ideally located at the foot of all amenities: shops, maritime activities, getaways... A real breath of sea air for a pleasant stay.
The cottage can also be rented for 6 people with the upper part of the duplex (ref. G9199). A second gîte for 4 people is located in the building on the first floor and can therefore accommodate 12 people in total.
