Large comfortable gîte in an old farmhouse, near the old mill, independent gîte (exposed stone and half-timbering) with waterfall nearby.
Ground floor: living room, wood stove fireplace, kitchen (classic coffee maker and pod coffee maker), bathroom (bath), separate toilet. 1 bedroom (1 bed 160).
First floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), mezzanine (1 single bed) with TV relaxation reading area, bathroom (shower), separate toilet.

Enclosed courtyard, green space with waterfall (2500m²).
Possibility of fishing in the owner's large fish pond (swimming prohibited) 200m away.
