The wooded path which accesses the property was used very early by the American soldiers who came to liberate Europe on June 6, 1944. Utah Beach is located only a few hundred meters from Sainte-Marie-du-Mont, a town in the Regional Park of the Cotentin Marshes.
The Estate is made up of 4 gîtes, 19 hotel rooms, an organic farm and also stables. The “Chez Arsène” Restaurant offers you dishes every evening made from fresh, local products as well as beef raised and produced on our zero-carbon farm, “Utah Beef”.
