Your host:
In 2003, Annie and Claude bought this part of the original family house from their cousin. Claude, retired in 2007, rediscovered the old parts, renovated them, and even had the most degraded parts rebuilt. The gîte opened in 2009, under the Gîtes de France label, for the satisfaction of our visitors: rest, calm and nature 5 minutes from the sea.
Single storey (1 step at the entrance):
- living room (satellite TV), unlimited national telephone, Wifi,
- kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric mini-oven),
- toilet,
- bathroom (with bathtub) + shower room (with walk-in shower),
- 1 bedroom (1 single bed of 100cm),
- 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm).
High chair and baby bed (on request).

- enclosed garden, barbecue, parking.
- closed annex available for bicycles, motorcycles. Across fields, along the GR 21 path, meander towards the sea!
Very quiet (at the end of a dead end road), near the listed site of the Chapelle de Janville (13th-16th century), traditional Cauchois house adjoining the owner's secondary residence offering private access and a pretty flowered garden .
4 km from the coast, close to pretty seaside resorts like St Valéry en Caux and Veules-les-Roses, you will recharge your batteries in a place conducive to rest.

- electricity (payment for electricity after meter reading on arrival and departure above 8 kW/h per day, at cost price),
