It is located in an idyllic setting on a quiet street and offers easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, with the nearest beach being just 4 km away

When we enter the property we immediately see the terrace, with furniture where we can have a good meal in the shade of the awning, and the chill-out area with views of the mountain and the swimming pool. When we enter the accommodation we find a large room with kitchen, dining room, living room and large openings with views of the valley and the Serralada de les Comes. On the same floor we find a pantry, the laundry room and a toilet. Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms (including two suites with 1.80 m beds and two with single beds) and a third shared bathroom. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms and one with a ceiling fan. From this level we also have an exit to the outside of the house. From the lower terrace, you access the swimming pool via the garden staircase
