SB01 - In the quiet of a dead end, in the residence "Le clos Saint-Brice" at Vias plage, this warm air-conditioned house of 38m² will allow you to spend pleasant holidays with your family.
The accommodation is composed of: an air-conditioned living room with sofa, a dining table and a dining table. dining room and an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower cabin and WC.
A machine wash is to be washed at your disposal in the garage as well as all the space necessary to store bicycles etc.

The accommodation has two bedrooms; upstairs, an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140x200), an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed (140x200) "bunk" and two single beds (90x190).
In the living room, a sofa. convertible to 140x190cm is available.

The accommodation has a parking space right in front of its garage.

Access to the various beaches of Vias is very simple via cycle paths (2.5km) or directly with on-site parking. Many aquatic activities are offered on the different beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located ; à proximity a multitude of restaurants, bars and other businesses.

The house is located in a private and secure residence. It is completely closed. The residence is calm and family-friendly.

By train: Vias railway station is located next door. 1 kilometers from the historic center of Vias. For people preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station welcoming TER and TGV. This station is only’ 5 kilometers from the center of Vias.
By plane: Béziers Cap d’Agde airport allows you to come to the airport. Via by plane. This aerodrome is located at 5 kilometers from downtown Vias.
By bus: The H&eac;rault Transport company connects Vias to different towns in Hérault.

A deposit worth 200€ you will be asked to do so. your arrival.
Travelers are invited to bring back their bed and bath linens. If you prefer to entrust us with the preparation of your beds, you can reserve bed and bath linen kits for €10. per person and per stay.
The rental does not include cleaning fees and are subject to change. You have a vacuum cleaner and everything you need for cleaning at your disposal.
However, if you wish, we can make it happen to you. your place for a flat rate of 80€ including tax.

We categorically refuse youth groups.
