Large accommodation with private pool and spectacular views located in the quiet Casanova urbanization.

It is located in an idyllic setting in a cul-de-sac and enjoys easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava.

When we enter the property, the first thing we see is the swimming pool area with a terrace ideal for sunbathing or having lunch in the shade of the pine tree. When we pass the front door of the house we find a large room with dining room, living room and large openings with views of the Sant Feliu de Guíxols valley and the sea. On the same floor there is a fully equipped kitchen , a bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Going upstairs we have 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds and one of them with a single bed. There is also a bathroom and toilet. From these rooms you can access a large terrace/solarium from where you can enjoy the aforementioned views. This terrace also has access to the swimming pool. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms, but not in the dining room.

The house has a terrace with table and chairs, swimming pool, deckchairs, outdoor kitchen, chill-out area, parasol and garden. The house is complemented by a wide list of additional services and amenities:

Tourist tax will be charged, one euro per person per day, only for the first 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot accept groups under the age of 25 in this room and key collection will take place in our offices located in Santa Cristina d'Aro.
