Excellent house in Santa Cristina de Aro 10 minutes from the beach with all the amenities to enjoy an unforgettable vacation on the Costa Brava.

The accommodation is located in the center of the village and close to the Gavarres and Carcaixells mountains. You will find the best beaches and coves in the area just 5.5 km away, as well as the best mountain routes. The region offers endless possibilities for tourist activities at sea and in the mountains, with an exceptional offer of adventure sports, nature, shopping, shopping centers and a countless offer of the best gastronomy in the region, with a diversity of Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as local and international gastronomy.

if you like to play golf you have the Golf Costa Brava just 1.8 km away and a little further the Club Golf de Aro au Mas Nou and also the PGA Catalunya (now Camiral Golf & Wellnes).

When you enter the house and pass through the entrance hall, you find a pleasant living-dining room with access to a tea/reading area and with a direct connection to the kitchen. The latter is connected on the other side to a second dining room with a barbecue, a large table and an exit to the terrace where you can enjoy a good meal in the shade of a parasol. Without leaving the ground floor, there is also a bedroom and a bathroom. If we go upstairs we will have access to three more bedrooms (one suite, one with two single beds and the last with a single bed) and a toilet. One of the bedrooms has access to a private terrace.
