The living room can accommodate 2 additional people in the sofa bed. Pellet stove and electric heating.

1st floor: fitted kitchen open to the living room, 2 bedrooms for 2 people (1 bed of 140 x 190 cm), 1 bathroom (shower) and 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom for 2 people (2 beds of 90 x 190 cm superimposed). The house on the estate can also be rented as two separate gîtes for 5 people on the ground floor and 6 people upstairs.
