This spectacular accommodation has almost 250 m2 of living space and 50 m2 of swimming pool. The house is recently built, made with good quality materials and has many accessories that will allow you to spend a relaxed and charming vacation. Once you arrive at your destination, you will be able to enter the property up to the front gate and next to the estate garden. From the parking lot you have access to the front door and from there to the day area and the bedroom area. Upstairs you will find an open space with a large living room, dining room and kitchen which has access to the large front balcony and covered terrace from where you can have breakfast watching the sunrise from the sea and access to the private swimming pool. At the other end of the floor you will find a day toilet. On the other floor are three of the four bedrooms, all with their own bathroom and further access to the swimming pool. One of these bedrooms is the main room with a 1.80 m double bed and access to another furnished terrace next to the swimming pool. Further down you will find the fourth bedroom with double bed and bathroom. The fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms makes it very comfortable and practical. Its decoration is modern and fresh and contributes to making you feel well treated by the environment, which, added to the swimming pool and solarium area, will make you spend an unforgettable vacation.

The surroundings of Àurea, located in the historic center of the Costa Brava, will further contribute to making the stay much more pleasant. This accommodation is in a cul-de-sac, so there is almost no traffic, leading to a greater sense of calm and tranquility. From here you can access the most beautiful beaches with the spectacular sand of the Costa Brava and its exuberant coves just 4.5 km away as well as all kinds of walking, hiking and even climbing trails not too far away.
