The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool heating at an additional cost of €150 per week.

Sheets included, cleaning €250 - A lump sum may be withheld from the security deposit if the bins have not been taken out by the tenant, if the house is left in a deplorable state compared to the inventory of fixtures entrance and if there is a shortage of laundry.
