Ground floor: Living room, open-plan kitchen, 1 bedroom (1 double bed, baby bed), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), bathroom (shower), separate toilet.
Oil heating. PORTABLE TEL. Garden furniture, terrace, barbecue.
The 2 gîtes benefit from a large enclosed shared green space with lawn, parking, swing, sandbox, trampoline. St Pourçain/Sioule 18 km. Souvigny 10 km. Access by Route Center Europe Atlantique at 2 km. Swimming pool with shelter accessible from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. For any sheet option purchased, the beds will be made on arrival.

Heating at the customer's expense, to be paid on site at the end of the stay.
