Pleasant wooded garden of 4000m² to spend good times with family or friends: summer kitchen, bowling alley, numerous games for the little ones (swing, slide, sandbox, etc.) and the older ones (lead puck, badminton, molkky), access to animals (peacock, donkey, sheep, chickens).
In summer, the municipal outdoor swimming pool is 5 minutes away.

Shops and restaurants 5 minutes away in the town of Baugé in Anjou, famous for its castle and apothecary. The cottage is located 25 minutes from Zoo de la Flèche, 30 minutes from Saumur and the banks of the Loire, and 45 minutes from Angers.
