Accommodation:
In a secure residence with swimming pool, this type 4 villa is made up of two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen open to the living room, a bathroom, a cupboard, and a garage.

We would like to point out that the villa is not equipped with air conditioning systems but it is through, which allows natural ventilation to be created and the house to be cooled if necessary.

On the night side you will find two bedrooms, each with a 140 x 190 cm double bed and several storage options. You will also find an extra single bed 90 x 190 cm if necessary for children.
All windows are equipped with mosquito nets.

In the shower room, you will find a simple sink and a traditional shower. On the garden side you also have a shower and a toilet.

The living room is made up of two sofas, an armchair and a television.
This gives direct access to an enclosed terrace equipped with a dining table, so you can enjoy a good meal with a breathtaking view of the garden.

The villa offers direct and unlimited access to the residence's swimming pool. It is located a stone's throw from the villa!

Parking:
You have a private parking space inside the residence. The residence is completely closed by a code gate and an electric gate.

Equipment:
The kitchen is fully equipped, with a good set of appliances, you have everything you need to cook!

The environment :
The thesis park district is located near the beaches. Not far away you will find the shopping area, clothing stores and the large Jeux Plein Air Partouche Casino.

Sheets and towels:
As a paid option and on request (€25 for a double bed kit and €15 for a kit for towels with one large and one small per person).
If necessary, blankets in the accommodation (ideal in the off season).

Household :
This is included in your reservation and a company will intervene after your departure.

Animals: Not allowed out of respect for the neighborhood.

Deposit upon handing over the keys:
You will be asked for a credit card imprint at the agency reception.
The amount is equal to one week's rental.
