In the heart of Old Antibes, a district a little away from the city. hides away; proximity of the market covered and the Promenade de l’Admiral de Grasse: the free commune of Safranier. This district consists of of only a few streets is independent of the commune of Antibes with its own mayor! Composed of village houses, restored according to the rules of the art, it exudes calm and exudes tranquility.

For the uninitiated, the free commune of Safranier is not easy to get to. find. From Antibes Town Hall, go up Cours Masséna, passing under the market. covered, then take Rue de la Pompe on your right. Immediately on your left is rue du Bas Castelet, one of the entry points to the Safranier district.

Rue du Bas Castelet, for about a hundred meters, climbs slightly with a slight walk to reach rue du Haut Castelet. It is without a doubt one of the most flowery districts of Antibes.

The Safranier district is very popular. and very little accommodation is available, especially for vacationers.


Household linen and bath towels are included in your reservation (one kit per bed and for the number of people noted on the reservation, 1 towel per person).

This apartment is located in a pedestrian street and not accessible by car.


Rules for using the jacuzzi heater:

1 - Turn on the filtration if the water is not there. temperature.

2 - Press the heater arrows to increase or decrease the temperature
PLEASE NOTE: THE JACUZZI HEATS UP BY 1 DEGREE EVERY 20 MINUTES.
(the ambient temperature is 22 degrees; the ideal temperature is between 28 degrees and 31 degrees, so allow 3 hours to reach the desired temperature).

- filtration operates from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. every day. If the filtration does not work or if you turn it off, the water will no longer be heated.

- Do not touch the blue valves without authorization or any other button on the machinery, otherwise this will cause a malfunction.

- the "bubble" buttons are on the wall at the top of the stairs.

Linen is provided at your disposal. upon arrival (a set of sheets per bed, a shower towel per person, a bath mat, a tea towel, a roll of toilet paper).

End of stay cleaning is included in the reservation, however please do the dishes and take out the trash before handing over the keys.

If you would like cleaning during your stay and/or a change of sheets or towels, please contact our agency to agree on a quote for this additional service.

Pool/beach towels are not included.

The accommodation does not have soap, products for the machines (dishwasher/washing machine), or coffee.
