Located in Saint-Laurent-du-Var, a festive and dynamic seaside resort with Provençal charm, this residence is located in a quiet area. Its privileged location allows you to take a getaway to Nice, Monaco or Cagnes-sur-Mer, and explore the Var hinterland.



You will settle into an air-conditioned apartment with Mediterranean-inspired decoration where everything is designed for your comfort. A large bay window invites the sun's rays into your cocoon.



In front of the residence, you can stroll around the charming marina. A little further, 100 m away, the pebble beach invites you to swim. A real joy! Unless you prefer to take a dip in our outdoor swimming pool open from mid-April to the end of September. The more sporty can play a few games of tennis while your children have fun in the playground.
