A large outdoor space formed by the private swimming pool with deck chairs and a pergola with table and chairs for your breakfasts or meals with family or friends who will allow you to enjoy the sunny days of the Costa Brava. This fantastic property is located in the Aiguaviva Parc urbanization, in Vidreres. This urbanization is located between Vidreres and Lloret de Mar. The location is unbeatable, the property is just 10 minutes from the Costa Brava, 20 minutes from Girona airport and 15 minutes from Caldes de Malavella train station. Villa Esperanza is rented exclusively to families and couples over 25 years old.
